Email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we've got the parcel back (unused, complete, in its packaging), your refund — including original delivery — lands within 14 days.

Your purchase is protected under the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If something is faulty or arrives wrong, we cover the return shipping. Always.
How it works
Email info@yumeskin.eu within 14 days of delivery.
Your name, order number, the item(s) you're returning, and (if it's an exchange) what you'd like instead.
Pop the unused product back into its original packaging and ship within 14 days. We'll refund as soon as it lands.
The honest fine print
The product must come back unused, undamaged, and complete — including the box, manual, and any accessories tucked inside. If it's been used beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund in line with the loss of value.
Return shipping is on you, unless the item arrived faulty or wasn't what you ordered — in those cases, we cover it.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may hold the refund until the product is back with us, or until you've shown proof it's on the way.
For disputes over €20, you may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission of the Estonian Consumer Protection Board — review of complaints is free of charge.
