yumeskin. is an online skincare-device store selling to customers in the European Union. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@yumeskin.eu.

Order data: name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order contents. This is collected and processed through our checkout provider, Shopify.

Payment data: card and payment details are handled directly by Shopify Payments and its payment processors. We never see or store full card numbers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited. With your consent we also collect analytics identifiers through cookies.

Contact data: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.

To process, ship and support your order — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.

To meet accounting and consumer-law obligations — this is a legal obligation.

To measure and improve the shop, and to run advertising — only where you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Shopify (store and checkout platform), payment processors, and the carriers that deliver your order. With your consent, analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta. We never sell your personal data.

Order and invoice records are kept for seven years to meet accounting law. Contact messages are kept for up to two years. Analytics data is kept for up to fourteen months.

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to us and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
