By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms. They apply alongside our shipping policy, returns policy and privacy policy. Contact: info@yumeskin.eu.

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Product images are illustrative. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before an order is dispatched.

Some items are sold as pre-orders. The expected dispatch window is stated on the product page; it is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Your order is a purchase offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments.

Promotional and upsell discount codes apply to the cart total at checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited in time.

We ship within the European Union. Delivery times are stated on the shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Details and the return process are on our returns page. Goods must be returned in a resalable condition.

Devices carry the statutory two-year conformity guarantee under EU consumer law. Our devices are cosmetic care products, not medical devices, and do not diagnose or treat any condition. Follow the instructions supplied.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Estonian law applies. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
